◆ Self-lubrication has a low friction coefficient, can achieve oil-free lubrication, and can work for a long time in oil, water, steam, weak acid and alkali and other media.

◆ Low smoke and non-toxic combustion has extremely low smoke and toxic gas volume.

◆ High temperature resistance. The long-term use temperature of UL certification in the United States is 260℃. Even when the temperature reaches 300℃, it can still maintain excellent mechanical functions.

◆ Wear resistance. In many extremely harsh use environments such as high temperature, high load, and strong corrosion, PEEK compounds and their composite materials have special wear resistance.

◆ It has super high mechanical strength in plastics. It also has high rigidity and surface hardness.

◆ Corrosion resistant, insoluble in common solvents, and has good corrosion resistance to various organic and inorganic chemical reagents.

◆ Hydrolysis resistant. PEEK products can still work continuously for thousands of hours without obvious functional degradation in steam over 250°C or soaked in high-pressure water.

◆ Electrical functions can still maintain stable and excellent electrical functions in a wide range of temperature and frequency.
