PEEK Material Properties

Polyether ether ketone resin (PEEK resin for short) is a new type of semi-crystalline aromatic thermoplastic engineering plastic made by condensation reaction of 4,4'-difluorobenzophenone and hydroquinone in the presence of alkali metal carbonate and diphenyl sulfone as solvent. Its performance is far superior to several other engineering plastics.

Self-lubrication has a low friction coefficient, can achieve oil-free lubrication, and can work for a long time in media such as oil, water, steam, weak acid and alkali.

It has broken the monopoly of foreign countries on this product and has been used in large domestic automobile factories in batches. It has not broken since its production. The high precision of Puju products has solved the problem of abnormal noise in vacuum pumps.

Polyetheretherketone (PEEK for short) is a polymer consisting of repeating units containing one ketone bond and two ether bonds in the main chain structure. It is a special polymer material.

The ultra-thin products produced by Puju have high dimensional accuracy, no deformation, no stress, and no cracking, which solves the problem of easy breakage of the bracket.

The PEEK gears molded by Puju do not require post-processing by gear grinding machines or gear hobbing machines, and have been widely used in high-precision gear metering pumps, solving the problem that PEEK high-precision gears cannot be injection molded.
